  • • If you've used a service this billing period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No prorated refund for that month.
  • • If no service was used, cancellation is effective immediately. No further charges.
  • • Access continues until the end of your paid billing period.

  • • No service used, cancel within 14 days: Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
  • • No service used, cancel after 14 days: Prorated refund for remaining full months minus $25 processing fee.
  • • Service used within first 30 days: No refund. Membership stays active for the full year.
  • • Service used after 30 days: No refund for months passed. Prorated refund for remaining full months minus $25 fee, if applicable.

Phone Diagnosis ($49): We call you, walk through your symptoms, and identify exactly what's wrong with your appliance. You receive a written diagnosis report by email with the problem and parts needed. We do not provide step-by-step repair instructions with a standard diagnosis — that's what Guided Repair is for.

Guided Repair ($79): Everything in the diagnosis, plus we walk you step-by-step through fixing it yourself over the phone in real time. We stay on the line until the repair is complete. If a part needs to be ordered first, we'll call you back when it arrives to walk you through the installation — no additional charge. Best for handy homeowners who want to save on labor costs.
If the issue can't be resolved over the phone, we can schedule an in-home visit. Members get discounted rates — Pro members save $30 on the diagnostic fee and VIP/Elite members get it completely free. Since we already know what's wrong before we arrive, we can bring the right parts and fix it on the first visit.
Anyone can use our phone diagnosis service — you don't have to be in our local area. We've helped customers across all of Florida and even out of state. However, the in-home service benefits of our membership plans (discounted diagnostics, priority scheduling, repair discounts, and Elite maintenance visits) only apply within our Treasure Coast service area: Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound, and Port Salerno.
